Professional Counseling
Coaching
Clinical counseling services are provided under my licensure as a Texas Licensed Professional Counselor and are governed by applicable federal and state laws, including HIPAA where applicable, as well as the ethical standards established by the Texas Behavioral Health Executive Council and the American Counseling Association.
Information shared within a professional counseling relationship is treated as confidential except where disclosure is required or permitted by law, including situations involving:

Life and leadership coaching is a non-clinical professional service and is not psychotherapy, counseling, diagnosis, or treatment of mental health conditions.
Although coaching is not protected by HIPAA or counselor-client privilege, I am committed to maintaining the privacy of coaching conversations with the same professionalism, discretion, and respect that characterize my counseling practice.
Information shared during coaching sessions will not be disclosed to others except:

While pastoral communications are generally not governed by the same legal standards as licensed counseling, I consider conversations shared within ministry to be a sacred trust. Just as the Church has long honored the sanctity of confession and pastoral care, I seek to protect the privacy of those who entrust me with their stories.
Information shared in ministry settings will not be disclosed except:
