Pathways of Purpose
An Emerging Mentorship Initiative of Eth Ministries
Every person has a purpose. Pathways of Purpose is an emerging faith-based mentorship initiative designed to help children and young people discover their identity, develop character, build meaningful relationships, and learn to live with purpose.
As this initiative develops, Eth Ministries envisions creating a safe, welcoming environment where young people can grow in mind, body, and spirit through mentorship, education, fellowship, service, and practical life experiences.
Five Pillars of Growth
The Five Pillars are rooted in the foundational pillars of Chimson Ministries International, the ministry under whose covering we serve. They provide a foundation for how we approach ministry, discipleship, mentoring, and service.
Charity
Learning to serve others through compassion, generosity, humility, and love.
Education
Developing wisdom, character, life skills, biblical understanding, and a desire to keep learning.
Fellowship
Building healthy relationships, community, belonging, teamwork, and mutual encouragement.
Mission
Discovering that faith is meant to be lived out through service, leadership, responsibility, and purposeful action.
Unity
Learning to live and work together with respect, recognizing the value each person brings to the community.
Mind. Body. Spirit.
Pathways of Purpose is built around a holistic understanding of growth. We want young people to have opportunities to develop emotionally and mentally, physically and relationally, and spiritually.
Through future mentorship opportunities, educational enrichment, community service, martial arts and physical activities, and faith-based formation, Pathways of Purpose seeks to help young people discover not only what they can do, but who they are becoming.
A Vision Taking Shape
Pathways of Purpose is currently being developed as part of the growing outreach vision of Eth Ministries. As partnerships, resources, and opportunities develop, we hope to create programs that serve children, youth, and families in meaningful and practical ways.
Our goal is simple: to create pathways that help people discover purpose, develop character, build community, and grow in Christ.
